Former Guinness World Record holder for the longest cooking time, Hilda Baci has entered the Ghanaian versus Nigerian jollof argument.
Nigerian jollof is superior, according to Baci, who claimed that Ghanaian jollof “has no flavour.”
The former world record holder claimed to have eaten jollof from both Nigeria and Ghana and to be able to attest that Nigeria own is superior.
I’ve eaten jollof while I was in Ghana, I’ve seen the recipes and competed in the jollof competition with a Ghanaian chef who prepared the best rendition of the dish.
However, Nigerians don’t play around with flavours when it comes to jollof.
