Martin Ødegaard has extended his commitment to Arsenal with a new deal that lasts until 2028. Bukayo Saka and William Saliba, the club captain, also agreed to new deal earlier this year.
According to Ødegaard, the club’s success may be attributed to its choice to sign a new deal.
He thinks that players will choose the club because of its dedication to the initiative and its relationship with its supporters.
Ødegaard thinks that the young Arsenal team is prepared to accept the higher standard that come with placing second in the Premier League the previous season.
He feels that the external pressure is normal and that everyone on the squad appreciates it.
The young players according Ødegaard, have a wealth of experience and are dedicated to getting better despite the pressure.
When he joined Real Madrid at the age of 16, Ødegaard was a teen phenomenon.
During his loan spells at Heerenveen, Vitesse and Real Sociedad, his professional advancement slowed down.
He did however signed a permanent new deal with Arsenal after joining them on loan in January 2021.
Martin Ødegaard has score 25 goal in 92 outings without pausing. Ødegaard felt positive about the club from the moment he came and he is confident that he will keep working hard and accomplishing new things with the club.
He has never wavered from his conviction that his efforts will be rewarded.
