British American Tobacco Nigerian branch has been fined $110 million by the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission over bridge of competition laws, the antitrust agency posted in their X handle.
British American Tobacco was fined after many years of investigation into the activities of the cigarette giant.
Specifically, the investigation into their activities started in August 2020.
